General Manager- We are looking for upper level managers with at least 5 to 7 years of experience as a General Manager or a Senior manager of a chain of restaurants. Good education from a reputed institute will be a plus and may reduce work the experience requirement. The individual should be a multitasking expert, highly motivated  and also have experience in banqueting onsite and offsite.  The candidate should also have the ability to train the other hospitality professionals, an experience in this regard will be an added plus. Candidates should have excellent people skills and a pleasant personality.

Manager/Assistant Manager Marketing- We are looking for marketing managers with at least 4 to 7 years of experience as in marketing.  Marketing experience with a chain of specialty (ethnic) restaurants. Good education from a reputed institute will be a plus and may reduce work the experience requirement. The individual should be highly motivated  and also have a thorough understanding in all aspects of Indian cuisine. Should have dealt with Industrial houses to offer them catering services also. The candidate should also have the ability to independently train the other hospitality professionals, an experience in this regard will be an added plus. Candidates should have excellent people skills and a pleasant personality. Further the excellent communication skills is a requirement, with knowledge of Hindi, Punjabi and English.

Manager/Assistant Manager Production- We require a manager and an assistant manager for overseeing the production of the base / mother kitchen. Excellent knowledge of Indian Cuisine is required. Further the manager themselves must have trained as cooks for at least 7 to 8 years and should have at least 3 to 4 years experience overseeing production on a large (industrial) scale each supervising at least 50 - 60 people directly for 3 to 4 years. Troubleshooting and being able to fix gravies and other food articles in large quantities, that have been mishandled should be second nature. They should have the ability to direct others and teach them to do their jobs on consistently. Candidates should have excellent people skills and a pleasant personality and excellent management skills. They should be able to eventually look after the production factory for a particular area (supplying to a group of  restaurants) themselves.

Accountant- We require a senior accountant with at least 7 to 10 years of experience who can set up an excellent internal control structure for our organization, independently. Work experience / good knowledge of Indian cuisine will be an added bonus as will work experience working with a chain of restaurants. Good education from a reputed institute will be a plus and may reduce work the experience requirement. Candidates should have excellent people skills and a pleasant personality.

Accountant Budgeting- An accountant with at least 4 to 6 years of experience who can set up and track the budgets of the company and work closely with the directors and the Senior management so as to enable them to track the daily progress of the company. Work experience / good knowledge of Indian cuisine will be an added bonus as will work experience working with a chain of restaurants.

Cooks/Assistant Cooks- This full time position is required for our fine dining restaurants. Candidate must have a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in Indian Cooking and must be willing to learn new ways of presentation and of cooking.  Position requires the ability to work on weekends and evenings and other holidays as the case may be. 

Servers/Waiter- This full time position is required for our fine dining restaurants. Candidate must have 1 years experience in fine dining and must be willing to learn new cuisines (Full Menu Knowledge) and their presentations. Position requires the ability to work on weekends and evenings.

BusBoys- This position sets up wares for cleaning and maintaining equipment in Dishwashing/Kitchen/Cafeteria/Compactor/ Storage areas. Assist in washing pots, pans and other kitchen utensils/equipment.

Hostess- Assisting guests in seating/ordering, answering phone and walk in queries. Should have pleasing personality.
